Do you have an old sweater sitting around that you’ve been saving for the perfect project? … Join me in creating your very own pair of upcycled sweater mittens! This is a wonderful way to share memories and create heirloom gifts from Dad’s old sweater to pass on to loved ones.
Using mostly wool (or synthetic if you have a wool allergy), we will create one of a kind, polar fleece lined, professional looking, warm mittens perfect for the Alaskan winter! You will get the opportunity to creatively embellish them and make them as unique as you!
Basic sewing machine skills required.
Most supplies are included.
Class participants supply:
Sewing Machine (they are available for rent) and machine needles

fabric scissors

pen or pencil
flexible measuring tape
