Come learn to make a sweater! Knit a child-Sized sweater in this class, and you’ll have the skills needed to knit an adult-sized sweater, too.
SKILLS NEEDED
- This class is for advanced beginners; Participants should be comfortable with
- knitting
- purling
SCHEDULE
- Wednesdays – September 2, 9 & 23
- 5:30 to 8:30 PM
PATTERN
- Flax-Worsted Weight by Tin Can Knits.
- This free pattern is available in all sizes from Children to Adult 6XL.
SUPPLIES
- Worsted/Aran weight yarn – 350 yards
- Recommended: Cascade 220 Superwash (2 balls)
- Knitting needles
- US 4 and US 6, or as needed for gauge
- We will have needles available at the first class to use for gauging.
- Participants may bring any needles they have to the first class or may wait to purchase needles until a gauging swatch is completed.
